Role & responsibilities Leverage and maintain relationships within the existing customer base and the candidates own network to drive business growth. Develop sales plans from scratch and formulate strategies with effective monitoring to achieve target profits. Drive bulk sales across multiple geographies ( specifically North and West) Drive growth and retention of a high-value customer base for bulk spice distribution. Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, demand-supply dynamics, and regulatory factors to develop strategies ,identify new market opportunities, and expand market share. Manage credit, collections, and budget compliance while planning and implementing pricing strategies aligned with P&L targets to drive performance. Initiate a market intelligence system to deliver monthly updates to Top Management on competitors, opportunities, and market changes. Create visibility of the brand by participating in sales meeting, trade shows and seminars. Work closely with cross-functional teams for consistent product availability and quality. Preferred candidate profile MBA with proven experience in whole sales B2B of Spices or similar edible producta
