Develop and execute strategies to drive sales through alternate channels such as online platforms, partnerships, and other non-traditional avenues.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling various products, including gold coins and insurance, to customers availing gold loans.

Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify potential areas for expansion and enhancement of cross-selling efforts.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions to support cross-selling initiatives.

Lead and manage a team responsible for executing alternate channel strategies and cross-selling activities.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of alternate channel strategies and cross-selling efforts.

Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support the implementation of cross-selling initiatives.
