ALTENERCO is launching its HVAC business division from the ground up and we're looking for a seasoned HVAC Sales Manager to help us shape this journey from Day One. If you're someone who knows the HVAC landscape well, has built strong relationships in the field, and wants to help create something new with freedom and accountability, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities: - Drive sales of HVAC systems: VRF, ductable, split ACs, chillers, etc. - Build relationships with builders, architects, MEP consultants, and corporate clients - Prepare and manage quotations, BOQs, and proposals in collaboration with design and project teams - Suggest suitable brands, products, installation vendors, and project execution methods - Help define early business strategy in terms of segments, pricing models, and customer acquisition - Assist internal team with basic technical inputs like load estimation, system selection, and site planning - Lead site visits, client meetings, and handholding till project conversion Requirements: - 3–10 years of experience in HVAC or MEP sales - In-depth knowledge of VRF, ducted, and commercial air conditioning systems - Experience in residential, commercial, or retail HVAC project sales - Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client discussions independently - Working knowledge of system sizing, brand positioning, and cost estimation - Preference for candidates with local market knowledge in Hyderabad or nearby cities Why Join Us: - Be part of the founding team of a fast-growing infrastructure and energy group - Work closely with engineers and leadership, not under layers of middle management - Enjoy flexibility, ownership, and meaningful incentives as you help build the HVAC vertical from scratch - Backed by an ambitious group working across solar, energy, infrastructure, and industrial retail
