Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers. Follow up with customers regularly to close leads. Understand customer queries (technical or non-technical) on calls and address concerns or communicate with the relevant department. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and keep customer records organized. Prepare reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews. Identify and analyze potential clients by state or city, and share company profiles and product details through calls, emails, or SMS. Develop long-term relationships with clients, managing and interpreting their requirements effectively. Serve as a single point of contact for all email communication for the company.
