Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, assist in financial reporting, and support Virtual CFO and consulting engagements. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with exposure to multiple industries and clients. Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts in Tally / Zoho Books , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries . Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for internal and client reviews. Support Virtual CFO projects —data cleaning, MIS preparation, ratio analysis, and variance reporting. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with coordination from senior consultants. Verify and manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking . Collaborate with the consulting team to deliver client-ready reports and insights. Ensure adherence to internal control and documentation standards . Qualifications & Skills B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred. 2–4 years of accounting experience . Strong command of Tally and Excel Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance . Analytical mindset with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
