Roles and Responsibilities Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating software, running virus scans, and backups. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using basic knowledge of networking concepts. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in desktop support or related field (freshers can apply). Diploma in Computers or equivalent qualification required; ITI certification preferred. Strong understanding of PC assembling, OS installation, hardware troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, Outlook configuration, and basic networking skills.
