About the Role: We’re hiring a sharp, on-ground hustler who knows how to get things done. This role is all about running the last mile — handling documentation, coordinating with local offices, and ensuring things move smoothly. You’ll be the one pushing files, doing follow-ups, and keeping our backend operations tight. This is a Monday to Saturday role: • Mon–Fri: Field Work • Sat: Office Coordination & Review ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Visit local offices for documentation and file-related work • Build and manage working relationships with office staff and officials • Ensure timely movement and approvals of documentation • Coordinate with the internal team for status updates and task handovers • Keep a track of all work done and update on daily progress • Handle any other field-related tasks as needed ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Experience: 1–5 years in field operations, documentation, coordination, or sales • Language: Must speak Kannada fluently; basic Hindi/English is a plus • Personality: Street-smart, polite yet persistent, well-spoken, and results-driven • Has a 2-wheeler and smartphone (for daily commuting and updates) • Can manage basic reporting via WhatsApp or simple forms
Key Responsibilities 🛠 Tool Manufacturing & Assembly • Manufacture, assemble, and fit injection mold tools as per engineering drawings and specifications. • Perform precision bench work including filing, drilling, tapping, lapping, and polishing of components. • Conduct trial fitting and adjustments to ensure proper alignment and function of tool parts. 🔧 Mold Maintenance & Modifications • Carry out tool maintenance, repair, and modifications as needed to extend tool life and improve performance. • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble tools to ensure production readiness. • Ensure all changes are documented and updated in the tooling records. 📐 Technical Interpretation & Precision Work • Read and interpret complex technical drawings, mold designs, and CAD models. • Work with close tolerances and surface finishes using manual tools, grinding, and machining processes. • Collaborate with design and machining teams for fitment and alignment verification. 🧰 Use of Tools & Machines • Operate tool room machines including surface grinders, lathes, milling machines, and EDM/WEDM when required. • Ensure proper use and maintenance of hand tools and precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges). ✅ Quality & Compliance • Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure adherence to specifications. • Maintain quality standards in tool construction and ensure readiness for mold trials. • Follow safety and cleanliness protocols within the tool room environment. ______________ Qualifications & Experience • Education: Diploma in Tool & Die Making from a recognized institute. • Experience: 3–4 years in tool manufacturing and maintenance within a plastic injection molding/tooling environment. ______________ Key Skills • Proficiency in using tool room machines and hand-fitting techniques. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and mold designs. • Strong understanding of mold components, materials, and tool steels. • Familiarity with mold assembly, venting, cooling systems, and ejection mechanisms. ______________
