Communication & Coordination: Answer phone calls and emails professionally, relay messages promptly to housekeeping, F&B, or maintenance teams, and keep guests well-informed. Problem Resolution: Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve guest complaints or escalate issues when needed.
