As a Maintenance and CIP Engineer at ZF Wind Power Coimbatore Private Limited in Coimbatore, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the uptime and efficient functioning of IA Machines, assembly lines, test systems, painting lines, and Facility Equipment's. Your responsibilities will include implementing new technology to achieve Zero Breakdown Strategy for critical machines, analyzing root causes of breakdowns, and ensuring the systematic implementation of best maintenance practices to maximize uptime. You will be accountable for monitoring and improving metrics such as MTTR, MTBF, Machine availability, Production efficiency, Process engineering, Quality standards, and coordination with Purchases and SQA teams. To excel in this role, you should hold a BE/B. Tech degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in the Maintenance and Service Industry. Your technical competencies will encompass a deep understanding of Electrical circuits, PLC, test systems, Siemens, Alstom Drive & controllers, Kistler load cells, assembly line equipment, torque tools, automations, warehouse systems, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, Power Distribution systems, software like Simatic manager, Scada, LabVIEW, industrial sensors, cranes, and assembly process controls.
