Hazard Assessment and Risk Management Policy Development and Implementation Training and Awareness Site Inspections and Audit Incident Management and Investigation Environmental Awareness and Compliance Documentation and Reporting Communication and Coordination Key Requirements · Experience: Significant experience (often 5-10+ years, with some in a supervisory role) in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably within the energy, oil and gas, or construction industries. Experience in seismic operations specifically is a strong preference. · Education/Certifications: A bachelor's degree in an HSE-related field is often required. Valued certifications include NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional). · Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential for identifying risks, communicating effectively with diverse teams, and enforcing safety protocols. · Physicality: The role requires frequent travel to field sites and the ability to work in varied and potentially hazardous environments.
