Company Description Alphaa Electricals & Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. (AEIPL), is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales in instrumentation fittings, valves, and manifolds , representing Ventil Flowserve as an authorized distributor. This is a strategic role focused on driving business development, managing key accounts, and delivering technical sales solutions across process, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Role Description Drive sales and business growth for instrumentation valves, manifolds, and fittings. Develop and manage relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end users. Promote Ventil Flowserve products with deep product knowledge and application expertise. Identify new business opportunities and lead the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure. Prepare technical proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations. Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and support. Provide market insights and sales forecasts to senior management. Qualifications Proven track record in B2B Industrial sales and Client Relationship Management. Prior sales experience in industrial valves, instrumentation fittings, or flow control systems. Ability to conduct Market Research and prepare Sales Reports. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the Mechanical or instrumentation industry is a plus.
