Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee specializing in quality and design at Alpha-Services, located in Bhiwadi. The role involves daily interactions with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve current product designs, ensuring manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards. The trainee will assist in project management tasks, support mechanical engineering efforts, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing domain. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills Experience or knowledge in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of quality related instrument Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Basic knowledge of design software AutoCAD and solidworks
