They will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair skills Experience in Maintenance Management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field Experience in the machinery or medical technology industry is a plus
