Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting professional emails, sharing proposals with clients, assisting in HR functions, and coordinating effectively between the sales team and other internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Email & Communication Support Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the team Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders Proposal Management Format, proofread, and share business proposals with clients Track proposal status and follow up as needed HR Assistance Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and assist in scheduling interviews Help organize internal events and training sessions Sales Team Coordination Act as a liaison between sales and other departments Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items Monitor sales documentation and ensure timely updates Administrative Duties Manage office supplies and inventory Handle filing, scanning, and document organization Support general office upkeep and vendor coordination Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team To schedule your interview kindly contact Mobile Number: 9983345765 Email id: digitalruvi@gmail.com
