Job Title: Telecaller (Accounting & Finance Background) Location: Kankarbagh , Patna Job Type: Full-time / Experience: Minimum 1 year Industry: Finance / Accounting / BPO Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller with a background in Accounting and Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing financial-related information, and supporting the accounts team in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, payments, or data verification Handle inbound queries related to finance, billing, or accounts Maintain records of communication and update databases (e.g., client payments, queries, etc.) Support the accounting team with basic financial tasks such as invoice tracking, payment reminders, or ledger updates Explain financial procedures and policies to clients clearly and professionally Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain call logs and reports Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/finance and telecalling Good understanding of basic accounting principles Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Preferred Skills Fluency in English and [local languages as applicable] Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
