About the job: Sales Associate - Mobile (CPI Affiliate Marketing) Key Responsibilities: 1. Own and exceed monthly/quarterly ad revenue targets across assigned sectors and accounts 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and media agencies 3. Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for programmatic and performance-based campaigns 4. Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships 5. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, delivery) to meet campaign objectives 6. Track and optimize campaign performance to ensure client KPIs and ROI are achieved 7. Stay up to date with digital media trends, innovations, and new ad formats 8. Excellent lead generation and client acquisition skills — capable of independently sourcing and converting business 5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 6. A strong network across NBFC, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors is highly desirable 7. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a sales-driven mindset 8.
