About the Role: Were looking for a creative, purpose-driven Marketing Intern to amplify Almawakening’s presence across digital, social, and institutional channels. You’ll help craft powerful narratives, campaigns, and digital stories that drive engagement and awareness for our mission of inclusion and empowerment. What You’ll Do Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for Alma’s talks, bootcamps, and workshops. Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters . Research and curate content around inclusion, mental health, resilience, and purpose . Support the design team in developing visual creatives and video snippets . Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and insights. Collaborate with the Programs and Sales teams to align messaging across channels. Who You Are A student or graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication, or Liberal Arts . Strong storyteller with creative thinking and basic content-writing skills. Comfortable with Canva / basic design or video-editing tools (preferred). Passionate about social causes, inclusion, and youth engagement . Energetic, organized, and willing to experiment with fresh ideas. What You’ll Do Support the outreach team in identifying potential partners , schools, and organizations. Pitch Almawakening’s workshops, programs, and events to institutions via calls, emails, and meetings. Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and partnership collaterals . Maintain and update leads in CRM / Google Sheets. Participate in on-ground events and sessions when required. Work closely with the Partnerships & Programs team to convert warm leads into collaborations. Who You Are A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Social Sciences . Excellent communication skills (English). Confident, articulate, and eager to learn the art of consultative selling . Self-driven, empathetic, and passionate about creating social impact . Comfortable with a mix of desk work and field interaction.
