We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Officer for our ongoing project at India Cements Factory, Shankar Nagar . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all safety regulations are followed on-site, promoting a culture of safety among workers and management, and ensuring compliance with both company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily operations to ensure safety standards are adhered to. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols and emergency procedures. Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel. Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions. Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations. Maintain all safety documentation and records as per project requirements. Assist with the preparation and review of safety plans, reports, and documentation.
