Key Responsibilities Prepare permit-ready Construction Drawings (CDs) for rooftops, macros, and small cell sites Draft Lease Sketches/Drawings showing accurate lease boundaries and easements Generate Zoning Drawings for municipal approval including setbacks and access Design Fiber Plans including splice points, manholes, and connectivity routes Create Photo Simulations blending equipment visuals with real-world site photos Develop Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) per local/state DOT standards Deliver GIS Mapping and network upgrade support packages Execute Structural Detailing and Mount Analysis drawings based on project types like MWingz, LNE, ISSEP Incorporate field markups, redlines, and engineer comments into CAD updates Coordinate with U.S.-based project managers to ensure project alignment and expectations
