The All-Rounder Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, and assisting with menu planning. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, creative, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g., Indian, Chinese, Continental, fast food). � Apna Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation according to company standards. � Apna Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and daily specials. � Simply Hired Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times. � Apna Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and waste control. � Apna Supervise and train junior kitchen staff; delegate tasks and coordinate kitchen workflow. � Simply Hired Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations. � Apna Work collaboratively with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service.
