Role & responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, networking, and online platforms. Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales agreements. Follow up consistently on inquiries, proposals, and payments. Maintain accurate sales records, daily activity reports, and CRM updates. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and client support. Stay updated with competitor offerings and industry trends to suggest improvements. Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required. Maintain a professional and positive approach during client interactions. Preferred candidate profile Education: Any Graduate / MBA preferred (not mandatory). Experience: 15 years in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales (Freshers can also apply). Communication Skills: Should have good communication skills in English and local language. Personality: Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. Sales Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively. Computer Knowledge: Basic MS Office / Email / WhatsApp Business usage. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required). Attitude: Positive mindset, discipline in follow-ups, and target-focused approach.
