Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Manufacturing Production Associate located in Rajapalaiyam. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality standards are met, and adhering to safety protocols. The associate will also assist in inventory management, monitor production schedules, and collaborate with the team to optimize efficiency and output. Qualifications Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment handling, and safety protocols Experience in quality assurance, operational consistency, and product inspection Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard operating procedures Basic understanding of inventory management and production scheduling Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional technical training is an advantage
