Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in Hosur, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing proposals, coordinating with the technical team, providing product demonstrations, and managing project timelines. The Sales Engineer will also be involved in commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Qualifications Technical skills: Knowledge of process flow applications, hygienic process equipment, and mechanical fabrications. Interpersonal skills: Strong customer relationship management and excellent communication skills. Sales skills: Experience in preparing proposals, product demonstrations, and project management. Problem-solving skills: Capability in troubleshooting, commissioning, and providing after-sales support. Additional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical preferred), experience in the process industry, and proficiency in technical software.
