Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Work on IT & Non-IT recruitment across different levels entry, mid, and senior positions. Manage bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and campus recruitment drives as per organizational requirements. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), employee referrals, social media, and headhunting . Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability. Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups to ensure smooth joining. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports/MIS. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and recruitment agencies . Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Preferred candidate profile
