Role Summary: We are looking for a hands-on R&D Chemist with practical experience in azo dye synthesis , process development, and lab-to-plant scale-up. The ideal candidate will work on developing new shades, improving yields, and testing dye quality. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design and execute lab-scale synthesis of Reactive & Acid dyes (diazotization, coupling, sulphonation, reduction, etc.). ✅ Prepare and optimize dye intermediates and blends. ✅ Monitor reactions using TLC, HPLC, UV-VIS, or other standard analytical methods. ✅ Maintain accurate lab notebooks and batch process records. ✅ Prepare detailed reports on yield, molar ratios, reaction time, and cost estimation. ✅ Assist in pilot trials and support scale-up for production batches. ✅ Develop standard application recipes and coordinate shade matching trials. ✅ Maintain safety, compliance, and good laboratory practice (GLP). Candidate Profile: ✅ Qualification: M.Sc.
