Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Proficient in handling phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
