Job Type: Full-time Pay: 16,000 - 25,000/- [Salary range can be discussed during interview] About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Laptop Painting Specialist to join our team. This role is for a detail-oriented individual with a steady hand, artistic creativity, and extensive knowledge of painting custom designs on delicate electronic surfaces. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, custom-painted laptops that meet client specifications and company standards. Responsibilities Prepare laptop surfaces for custom painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking components like screens, ports, and vents. Work with clients or a creative brief to develop and execute custom designs, including stencils, airbrushing, and hand-painted art. Apply paint, primers, and clear coats with precision, ensuring a flawless, durable, and professional finish. Mix paints and other materials to achieve the correct colors and textures. Inspect and quality-check each finished product, making any necessary touch-ups or adjustments. Clean and maintain painting equipment, tools, and the workspace to ensure a safe and organized environment. Manage material inventory and report any needs for supplies. Safely handle all chemicals and materials, and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Qualifications Proven experience as a painter, preferably with experience on delicate or custom projects. Excellent manual dexterity and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in using various painting tools and techniques, including brushes and spray equipment. Strong understanding of color theory, paint mixing, and different types of paint and finishes (e.g., lacquer, acrylics). Experience in surface preparation techniques, such as sanding and masking. Knowledge of safety procedures for working with paints and chemicals. Creative and artistic ability to execute unique designs. Strong communication skills to understand client requests and provide updates. A portfolio showcasing relevant painting or artistic work is a plus.
