Role Description We are seeking a skilled Butcher for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meats, poultry, and seafood for our restaurant. This includes following food safety standards, maintaining a clean working environment, and providing excellent customer service. The daily tasks will also involve inspecting meat products, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory. Qualifications Experience in Butchery, Meat Processing, and handling Poultry Proficiency with Seafood preparation Strong Customer Service skills Excellent attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is a plus
