About the RoleThe Inventory Assistant will support daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, efficient stock movement, and smooth coordination between warehouse, sales, and procurement teams. This role is essential for maintaining product availability, reducing discrepancies, and optimizing inventory processes. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock. Assist in daily stock counting, cycle counts, and periodic audits. Update inventory management software with stock movements. Label, organize, and store products systematically. Prepare products for dispatch and assist in order processing. Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock availability. Report low stock levels, damages, or discrepancies immediately. Help in maintaining a clean and well-organized warehouse area. Support inventory reconciliation during month-end and year-end processes. Required Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of inventory procedures and warehouse operations. Ability to work with inventory software or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to lift, move, and organize stock as needed. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
