We are hiring an experienced Tailor and Masterji (Pattern Master) for full-time, in-house work in Noida/Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in crafting designerwear garments such as lehengas, gowns, suits, blouses, and Indo-western outfits. The selected candidate will be responsible for stitching high-end garments with precision and quality finishing, as well as handling patternmaking, fabric cutting, and fittings based on designer inputs and client measurements. Applicants must be skilled in working with premium fabrics like silk, net, organza, georgette, and embellished materials. Strong knowledge of pattern drafting, construction techniques, and size grading is essential. The role requires a dependable team player with a professional work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship. We offer a clean, safe workspace, creative exposure to seasonal fashion collections, and a competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, negotiable based on experience.
