What you will do We are looking for Sales Executive to join with our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. 1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs . 2. Actively Seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media etc to Dealers/ manufacturers across territory. 3. Set-up meeting with customers , Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services. 4. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints from customers . 5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall goal. 6. Gather feedback from customers or prospect and share with internal team. 7. Achieve monthly and annual sales target. 8. Ensure collection on time. Preferred candidate profile : 1.Candidates have good communication skills in Hindi ,Bengali and English. 2. Should eager to learn 3. Experienced candidates from welding/fabrication industry will prefer 4. Should be self motivator. 5. Willing to travel as per business requirement.
