Job description: AKS Clinic is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage patient inquiries, ensure seamless communication, and enhance the overall patient experience. This role involves handling leads, scheduling consultations, following up with clients, and maintaining strong relationships to drive patient satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Providing telelphonic counseling : Assisting clients with their enquiries about skin and hair. Getting correct information from the patient. Providing guidance on call. Closing Leads & Generating Sales : Excellent lead calling / folow up skills are required. Person should be target driven. Excellent conversion rate required. Acheiving target : Working extensively to achieve call to consutation conversion goals. Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved. Schedule consultations and follow-ups with doctors, ensuring a smooth patient journey. Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, appointments, and feedback. Assist patients in understanding procedures, costs, and treatment plans. Follow up with clients to ensure post-treatment satisfaction, address any concerns and taking referrals. Contribute to patient engagement campaigns, referral programs, and loyalty initiatives. Requirements: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (Fluency in English & Hindi is a must). Intermediate/ Undergrads / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Healthcare Management preferred. 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industries). Work from Home , Hybrid and Freelancing options are also available Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and scheduling software.
