Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Import Export Manager, based in Indore with flexibility for some remote work. The Import Export Manager will oversee and manage the import and export documents, coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, and handle export documentation in adherence to international trade regulations. This role involves establishing relationships with customs, freight forwarders, and clients to facilitate seamless international trade operations. Additionally, the Manager will ensure compliance with trade laws and optimize processes to support business growth in global markets. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Export, Import Export, and International Trade Proficiency in Export Documentation and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with global clients, customs, and supply chain partners Ability to manage logistics, optimize shipping processes, and handle any trade-related challenges efficiently Experience in the spice or agricultural export industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant software for documentation and reporting purposes Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
