Hiring – Immigration Specialist (Full-Time | Pune) Experience: - 4+ years as an Immigration Specialist. Location: Pune We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Immigration Specialist with 4+ years of experience in handling end-to-end Immigration matters, including H1B, STEM OPT, PERM, and I-140. If you're passionate about helping professionals navigate complex immigration processes — this role is for you! Responsibility - Serve as the primary contact for all Immigration-related matters. Handle Visa Petitions, Extensions, Amendments, and Green Card processing. Coordinate with immigration attorneys to prepare and file accurate and timely documentation. Administer the STEM OPT training program by drafting and updating I-983 forms and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance. Monitor visa expiration dates and proactively manage renewals/extensions. Maintain Public Access Files and ensure immigration files are audit-ready. Communicate clearly with employees about their immigration status, process, and next steps. Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to redeploy consultants and identify future client opportunities. Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy and communicate them to internal teams. Must have Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience in employment-based immigration. Strong understanding of H1B, STEM OPT, PERM, and I-140 processes.
