About the Role: KustomWork is looking for a proactive Facility Executive to oversee day-to-day operations at our managed office spaces. The role requires ensuring smooth functioning of the centers, managing vendors and housekeeping staff, and maintaining a high standard of service for our clients. Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the site. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards (IS codes, contract terms, etc.). Supervise labor, subcontractors, and machinery to maintain quality and productivity. Check alignment, levels, and dimensions for all structural elements. Coordinate between design team and site team for clarifications or modifications. Inspect materials received at site to ensure they meet required quality standards. Conduct or witness quality tests for concrete, steel, soil, etc. Ensure proper curing, compaction, formwork, and reinforcement placement. Maintain quality checklists and non-conformance reports (NCRs) if required. Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain records of work done, materials used, and manpower deployed. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), bills, and measurement sheets. Monitor wastage of materials and suggest ways to optimize usage Make sure PPEs (helmets, gloves, boots, etc.) are used correctly.
