Stakeholder Communication Ø Serve as the voice of the customer internally. Ø Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ø Provide regular updates to executives on product progress, timelines, and performance. 4. Go-to-Market Support Ø Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to launch new products/features. Ø Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. Ø Collect user feedback post-launch and use it to guide future improvements.

Ø Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing, and communication materials. Ø Design graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and other marketing collateral. Ø Collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective visuals. Ø Edit and refine designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines. Ø Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms. Ø Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices. Ø Prepare final files for print and digital publication, ensuring accuracy and quality. Ø Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Ø Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma or Sketch. Ø Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles. Ø Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ø Good communication and teamwork skills. Ø Portfolio showcasing a range of creative and technical design work. Ø Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Ø Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. Ø Knowledge of web development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
