worst packaging ever, they broke my parcel and the item was bent. Though they have taken 2000 for shipping, they provide the worst packing. No thermocol was added to keep the package safe.

Horrible service. They demand extra charge for coming my place. When I denied to give them extra 200/ where as I have already paid the courier charge to the vendor,they threatened me to return back the parcel. courier boys can't read . Totally illiterate. Even can't read the address .
