The worst courier service ever. They are the biggest frauds in the market, they misplace your important documents, they lie about the same and nobody will help you out. Have lodged a police complaint against this agency. NEVER EVER EVEN TRY TO DEAL WITH AKASH GANGA, they will ruin your day.

Unprofessional. The online tracking never works. They will tell you to pick up the parcel from their office so that they don't have to deliver it. The company is being run by a bunch of morons who have no etiquette, ethics and morality. I have suffered. So shall you.

They dont even pick up the call. Nwither do they reply to your SMS. Head office mumbai people are also idiot to lodge a complaint. They cant even communicate properly. 8 hope they are not high on weed 😂. …

Yes.... It's good courier company in pune. They couriered a package pune to Delhi only in 2 working days and it's in good condition. So we take good experienced from them. Akash Ganga Courier.

I can give minus 5 if they have the option, they book the parcell but nt delivers , ask to take from there office , pethetic service as well as the receptionist(as* h*l*) itself dnt have manners to talk to customer's, Really frustrated.

They don't deliver at any location in Pune, don't notify if they have got the parcel, don't pick up the phone.. lady who picks up call is so rude.. don't know why they have opened business if they don't know how to run it.. don't ever oot for this courier service
