Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily production planning, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and meeting customer requirements. Oversee CNC machine shop operations, including TC and VMC machines, to achieve high-quality output. Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time, increase productivity, and minimize rejections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement kaizen initiatives. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in an auto component industry or manufacturing sector. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of CNC programming (Master Cam), 3D programming, tool selection, jig fixture design & setup.
