The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, managing construction schedules, monitoring safety protocols, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The Site Supervisor will also liaise with architects and engineers to address any challenges during the construction process. Qualifications Project management and site supervision skills Familiarity with construction safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Technical skills including interpreting blueprints and understanding construction methodologies Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in construction software tools is a plus Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field are beneficial
