Role & responsibilities Appoint and manage distributors across Haryana, starting from Ambala. Drive primary and secondary sales for APLUS spices Expand general trade presence and ensure product availability across key retail outlets. Lead and supervise field sales team/stockists to ensure target achievement. Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and timely payments. Execute trade marketing and local promotional activities. Collect and report market insights, competitor activity, and pricing trends. Ensure effective territory mapping and beat planning. Build strong long-term relationships with distributors and retailers. Coordinate closely with the head office for supply, schemes, and reporting. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in general trade. Proven track record of appointing and managing distributors. Candidates with an established distributor network in Haryana (especially Ambala) will be given preference. Strong understanding of the grocery category spices, pulses, flours, poha, etc. Based in or willing to operate from Ambala. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to drive both primary and secondary sales targets. Comfortable with fieldwork and extensive market travel. Prior experience in launching new products or regions is a plus.
