We’re looking for a highly motivated Social Media, Talent & Business Growth Intern to join our remote team and support the discovery of new artists, content creation, and growth opportunities in India’s dynamic music and fashion scene. What You’ll Do 1. Business Growth Support Assist in identifying strategic opportunities for collaborations, campaigns, or partnerships Conduct research on competitors, trends, and distribution platforms Help prepare decks, reports, and proposals for internal planning or external pitches 2. Music Talent Scouting Research emerging Indian artists and creators on platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, etc. Create and maintain a database of promising talent with links, bios, and contact info Stay on top of genre trends, viral content, and regional music scenes 3.
