Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Satna. The Sales Staff will handle daily customer interactions, provide information about our products, demonstrate product features, and assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Responsibilities also include maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Staff will collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance. Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills Sales techniques and product knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Team collaboration and organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer operations and inventory management systems Ability to work on-site in Satna Previous experience in sales or retail is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
