Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Jabalpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with different teams to achieve the company's growth objectives. This role involves market research, strategic planning, sales presentations, and contract negotiations. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning Strong Sales, Presentation, and Negotiation skills Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship Management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the safety and emergency preparedness industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
