Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Operations Head to lead and optimize the operations of three high-performing AJA outlets in Chandigarh Tricity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to build high-performing teams and guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across 3 outlets (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali) Ensure consistent guest experience, quality, hygiene, and service standards Lead and manage outlet managers, supervisors, and staff across shifts Drive P&L responsibility – manage costs, increase efficiency, optimize labor Execute SOPs for service, kitchen coordination, cleaning, and audits Monitor food cost, wastage, vendor quality, and inventory accuracy Analyze sales, footfall, customer feedback – share insights with leadership Support new initiatives – menu rollouts, delivery innovations, or store formats Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-driven team culture Coordinate with CEO, central kitchen, finance, and marketing teams Requirements 4–8 years of experience in F&B operations (multi-outlet or unit head roles preferred) Strong team leadership and training skills Sound understanding of restaurant metrics: COGS, labor %, SOPs, audits Ability to balance strategy with on-ground hustle Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills Experience with healthy food/QSR/hospitality brands is a plus Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh Tricity Why Join AJA? This role is responsible for cultivating a vibrant and loyal community both online and offline, fostering positive relationships with our guests, and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be a highly personable individual with a genuine love for hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities: ● Front of House Presence: Act as a brand ambassador, warmly greeting guests, managing waitlists, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Proactively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and address any questions or concerns with professionalism and grace. Build rapport with regular customers, remembering their preferences and creating a personalised experience. Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service. ● Community Engagement: Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy across various platforms (social media, email, local partnerships, etc.). Create engaging story content that showcases the restaurant's unique offerings, including food, ambiance, events, and staff personalities. Manage the restaurant's social media presence, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Organize and host in-house events and activities to foster a sense of community and attract new customers. Actively participate in the restaurant's outdoor activities, engaging with guests and promoting a fun and welcoming environment. ● Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align community engagement efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and partnerships. Provide input and feedback on marketing materials and initiatives from a front-of-house perspective. ● Audience Building & Loyalty: Implement strategies to grow the restaurant's online and offline following. Develop and manage loyalty programs to reward repeat customers and encourage engagement. Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and preferences, informing future community engagement initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine casual dining setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong social media acumen and experience managing online communities. Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for building relationships and creating memorable experiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Bonus Points: Knowledge of local community events and organizations. Experience with event planning and execution.
