Details: This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite (CP Firm), located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda , Hyderabad 500089 which will be having attractive Sales Incentive structure. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including Identifying and connecting with potential clients. Cold calling. Converting cold call to site visits. Showcasing properties with Site Visits (Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad like Rajendranagar, Miyapur, Tellapur, Neopolis etc.) Regular follow-ups with Clients. Managing negotiations. Closing sales. Achieving Monthly Targets. After Sales support. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and assistance. Qualifications: 0 to 12 months of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
