As a Fashion Designer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of Kids and Womens Apparel collections, with expertise in Womens Imitation Jewellery. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design seasonal collections for Kidswear and Womens Apparel, specifically tailored for eCommerce platforms. - Develop and design products in the Womens Imitation Jewellery category in alignment with current fashion and accessory trends. - Conduct trend forecasting and market research to ensure the design direction remains relevant. - Create detailed tech packs, mood boards, and specifications for product development. - Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, market-aligned collections. - Oversee sample development and ensure timely execution from design to production. - Maintain a strong understanding of eCommerce consumer behavior to optimize designs for online presentation and conversion. - Manage SKU planning to ensure the right balance of fashion-forward and core styles. - Uphold quality standards and brand aesthetics across all categories.
