You will be joining a Mumbai-based fitness infrastructure company that specializes in providing end-to-end gym setups for both commercial and boutique spaces. Currently, we are in the process of setting up a premium 2,731 sq. ft. commercial bodybuilding gym in Goregaon, Mumbai. This project encompasses various tasks such as civil work, flooring, lighting, beam concealment, washroom expansion, and interior fit-out for a high-end gym brand. As a Construction Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure that the work is executed according to the approved plans, designs, timelines, and quality standards. You will be overseeing tasks related to civil work, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and interiors, while also liaising with contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other vendors to maintain seamless coordination. It is imperative for you to have proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Site Supervisor in commercial interior fit-outs. Your role will require a strong understanding of civil work, flooring, electrical, and plumbing processes, as well as the ability to read and interpret drawings and plans. Effective communication and coordination skills are essential to update the management on daily progress, milestones achieved, and any challenges faced during the project. Additionally, your presence on-site full-time until the completion of the project is crucial to ensure that safety protocols are maintained, and the site remains clean and organized. Being based in Mumbai, preferably in close proximity to Goregaon, will be advantageous for this role.
