Job Title: Airport Lead Hyderabad Location: Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Hyderabad Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (5 years is desirable) Languages: Proficiency in Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Airport Lead to manage Uber’s on-ground airport operations at Hyderabad International Airport (RGIA). The ideal candidate will lead a team of airport staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure efficient pickup zone management, and coordinate closely with airport authorities and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities *Team Management:* - Supervise and guide a team of on-ground airport staff ensuring professional conduct and high-quality customer service. - Schedule shifts, assign responsibilities, and conduct regular briefings. *Pickup Zone Oversight:* - Ensure smooth movement of Uber vehicles in the designated pickup zone. - Monitor congestion, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize flow to improve rider and driver experience. *Stakeholder Coordination:* - Act as the primary point of contact between Uber and airport authorities. - Address escalations, maintain compliance with airport policies, and manage permits or documentation as required. *Service Excellence:* - Train staff on Uber policies, customer service expectations, and safety protocols. - Monitor performance and take corrective action where necessary. *Data Reporting & Insights:* - Provide regular updates on operational performance, escalations, and incident reports. - Support data collection and reporting for internal reviews. *Competition Intelligence:* - Stay updated on competitor presence, pricing, operations, and promotional activities within the airport. Requirements Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or similar roles. Strong people management and leadership skills. Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi and English Ability to multitask, solve problems on-the-go, and work in a dynamic environment.
