Job Summary: The Executive - Transaction Monitoring is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and security of payment transactions. This role involves monitoring payment gateways, preparing reports, resolving transaction errors, and coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Daily Reporting: Prepare and manage daily and end-of-day reports to ensure transaction accuracy and operational transparency. Payment Gateway Monitoring : Monitor payment gateways to mitigate risks, minimize transaction failures, and ensure smooth payment processing. Timely Report Circulation : Analyze payment gateway performance and circulate accurate, timely reports to relevant stakeholders. Identify transaction errors and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution. Communicate effectively with other departments or teams to address pending issues and ensure timely closure of escalations. Error Resolution Cross-Department Coordination Requirements: · Education - Bachelor’s degree in any stream · Skills - Proficient in working on MS Office applications i.e. Excel, Power point, etc., Strong communication skills (English & Hindi), Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion · Experience – 0.6 to 3 years of experience in similar role or preferred from Fintech industry (Freshers also can apply) Location: Infopark, Kochi.
